Who I am
terryleblanc.com is operated by Terry LeBlanc, a Texas real estate license holder (license #609680) sponsored by Compass Real Estate. In this policy, "I," "me" and "my" mean Terry LeBlanc. Questions go to [email protected] or (972) 314-2993.
Information I collect
- Information you give me: your name, mobile number and email address, when you'd like to tour, whether you've visited a community, whether you already work with an agent, and anything you share with me by phone, text or email.
- Information collected automatically: your browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you reached the site (including ad click identifiers), and your general location based on your IP address. Cookies and similar tools collect this.
How I use it
- To reply to you, schedule tours and calls, and send the texts and emails you asked for.
- To register you with the builders at communities you choose to visit, so I'm recorded as your agent.
- To measure how this site and my ads perform, and to improve them.
- To keep the records my sponsoring broker and Texas law require.
Text messaging
Texting consent is optional and is never required to request a tour. I keep a record of when and how you gave consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When I share information
- Builders: when you ask me to register you at a community, I give that builder's sales office your name and email address so it records me as your agent. I share your mobile number with a builder only if you tell me to. The builder handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- My sponsoring broker, for supervision and required record-keeping.
- Service providers that run my website, contact records, texting, email and analytics, such as HighLevel and Google, only so they can provide those services.
- Anyone the law requires, or when needed to protect my rights or someone's safety.
Apart from these cases, I don't share your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
I use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site and Google Ads tools to measure which ads lead to tour requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, I may still email you about a tour or purchase you're part of.
How long I keep information and how I protect it
I keep your information as long as I need it to serve you and to meet my broker's and Texas record-keeping requirements, then delete it. I use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system is completely secure.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop all contact. Records I'm required to keep may limit what I can delete.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
