Working together
Using this site, filling out a form or talking with me does not make me your agent. Texas law requires a written buyer representation agreement before I show you a home or give you advice about one. My representation begins when we both sign that agreement, and the agreement sets out my services and compensation.
Community information
Community details, prices, floor plans and incentives on this site come from builders and public sources. Builders change them often, so I can't guarantee they're current or complete. Each builder sets its own incentives, and I don't promise any specific amount. Confirm details with me and the builder before relying on them.
Not legal, tax or financing advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financing advice. I'm not an attorney, accountant, lender or licensed home inspector, so talk with a licensed professional for those questions.
Text messaging terms
Terry LeBlanc home tour texts: Terry LeBlanc sends text messages to people who opt in on this site. Service texts cover tour scheduling, appointment reminders and home search updates. If you choose, marketing texts cover builder incentives, special offers and community updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (972) 314-2993. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to me, I will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from me. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and I will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (972) 314-2993.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from me and to me from you. You will receive service texts as your tours and appointments require, and no more than 4 marketing texts a month. Marketing texts go out only from 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 9pm Sunday, Central time. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
